An opportunity for Quality conformance manager and audit coordinator in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz).

Job Responsibility

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs and know the trends in the customers' target markets to transfer the needs into quality requirements
  • Define the management of the Airbus business processes and directives as the person responsible for the business management system
  • Contribute towards their subsequent implementation in the business management system and within operations whilst measuring the effectiveness of results
  • Seek to continuously improve the business management system and its application in operations based on assessments and feedback
  • Support the business process owners in defining, updating and maintaining their business processes
  • Devise a quality management system with the required quality standards, directives and methods compliant with applicable external regulations, standards and internal rules
  • Select, develop, and maintain quality methods & tools which support on quality on time and on cost delivery
  • Contribute towards developing and deploying the required learning solutions by being the subject matter expert for quality, methods and tools
  • Support the company's certifications and interfaces with external quality authorities

Requirements

  • Educated in an Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline
  • High adaptability to work on new topics, new business and in a network mode
  • Advanced level in English and Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to propose new ideas
