Airbus has decided to transfer under a service contract part of the rate of the SA system installation currently performed in Saint Naire and Hamburg to XAT located in Tianjin China. You will work within the Airbus Front office located in the supplier premises. The job holder will be in charge of all quality conformance topics for both rear section transferred from plant Hamburg and front section transferred from Plant Saint Nazaire.
Job Responsibility:
Act as Airbus Plant Quality representative in Tianjin site
Manage Industrial Qualification of special processes
Production Process Verification (PPV) FU.IN.05 process BQM
Produce Constituent Assembly FU.PD.02 process BQM
Manage Operational Surveillance as QCM, Key User of the DeMAT tool and AOS brick owner
Manage staff qualification as unit quality manager, QA administrator and PDR administrator
Manage stamps as stamp administrator
Manage QSR (Quality Survey Report) as QSR Originator and QSR Focal Point
Identify and review quality topics for improvements on the FWD & AFT and ensure proper communication and improvement actions
Manage Events on the FWD & AFT section as Event Operator, Event Manager and Action Plan Leader
Manage SARI (SAfety Related Item) on the FWD & AFT section as Safety Item Manager, SMS (Safety Management System) Safety Representative and Action Plan Leader
Support PPS (Practical Problem Solving) application as PPS facilitator, AOS brick owner and SME
Manage CPB (Customer Protection Board) activities as CPB Originator and CPB Key User
Define and prepare quality KPIs on a regular basis
Prepare, organize, participate in and follow-up of external audits
Manage internal audits as a qualified auditor, Quality Audit Manager and Audit Team Leader
Lead the Control Plan feedback loop MFT
Liaise with procurement for monitoring and update of QAP, SLA, CADL and CARL
Support quality core tools implementation: PFMEA, PPV and APQP…
Provide Quality training where relevant
Support Quality projects where relevant
Support the creation and maintenance of Quality-related documentation
Be part of the Knowledge transfer initiative as a Receiver, and as a Giver for future newcomers
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Engineering/Aeronautics major or equivalent
5 year experience in Engineering/Aviation domain
Fluent English both in written and oral speaking is mandatory
Very good technical understanding needed: quality, process, technical aircraft related
Aircraft processes & tools such as SAP, ACPnG, DEMAT, CAPRI, AIRINA...
Fair understanding of configuration management and related tools (CAIR…)
Awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
Ability to work in an international team, with MFT and people from various cultural backgrounds, and across organizational borders
Customer minded with good communication & well developed negotiation skills
Experience on practical problem solving and continuous improvement and general knowledge on corrective tools Reliability: proactive thinking & acting
Ability to deep dive on issues and be an autonomous problem solver
Ability to deal with conflicts
Nice to have:
French and/or German and/or Chinese knowledge would be a plus
