As a Quality Configuration & Conformity (QCC) Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the H125 helicopters meet the highest standards of quality, configuration, and airworthiness. You will be responsible for verifying the conformity of the products and services against the requirements set forth by our customers. Your focus will be on ensuring right-first-time delivery to support on-time and on-budget delivery, ultimately enhancing customer loyalty.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure that all H125 helicopters on the final assembly line are configured correctly and conform to the defined airworthiness standards
Conduct embodiment checks to verify product integrity and compliance with customer requirements
Review and validate airworthiness and quality documentation
Attest to the quality and airworthiness compliance of products, issuing relevant airworthiness documents when authorized
Establish and manage helicopter and/or MCA delivery documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Issue Permit to Fly under PO/DO regulations as required, and align with authorities on any quality-related issues
Analyze airworthiness data and incident action sheets, ensuring corrective actions are implemented as necessary
Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes and ensure full compliance with regulations and customer requirements
Support the handover of the final product to the customer, ensuring all quality standards are met
Be available to provide support at customer centers or customer sites as necessary
Requirements:
Proven experience in Quality Assurance, Configuration, or Airworthiness in the aviation or aerospace industry
Knowledge of helicopter systems, particularly in relation to the H125, is preferred
Strong understanding of airworthiness standards, regulations, and relevant documentation (e.g., MCA, PO/DO)
Ability to analyze technical data and incident reports effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to ensuring quality and compliance
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Certification in Quality Management or Airworthiness (preferred, but not mandatory)
Nice to have:
Knowledge of helicopter systems, particularly in relation to the H125, is preferred
Certification in Quality Management or Airworthiness (preferred, but not mandatory)
