Job Responsibility

  • Take a central role in the regulatory compliance audit function within Consensus.
  • Support the organisation to achieve its overall target of 100% compliance across all 3 regulatory systems (CQC, CIW, SCI).
  • Take responsibility for planning and executing planned, responsive, and targeted inspection audits on all support services nationally.
  • Monitor compliance and recommend remedial actions to both Operational and Quality colleagues.
  • Produce comprehensive reports and recommendations.
  • Work with operational colleagues to support quality improvements at service level, taking a continuous improvement approach.
  • Contribute to the Quality and Compliance strategy workstreams and take on additional projects that support the audit work.
