  • realisation of customer service quality audits
  • Listening and evaluation of recorded phone calls (hotline)
  • Reading and evaluation of emails
  • Feedback and reporting of evaluations conducted on the basis of an evaluation grid (entry of evaluations via a specific tool)
  • Active participation in the calibration sessions to exchange on evaluations carried out

Requirements:

  • Perfect language skills concerning the audited country (mother tongue)
  • Excellent cultural knowledge of the audited country
  • English and/or French fluent
  • Rigorous, organized and autonomous
  • Good communicator (written and oral), able to structure your ideas
