What you'll be doing: As a Quality Assurance (QA) Operative, you will play a critical role in ensuring our products are manufactured safely, legally and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the eyes and ears of the Technical Team on the factory floor, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, site standards, food safety legislation and quality procedures. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet specification requirements. Monitoring and verifying Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Quality Control Points (QCPs). Completing quality documentation, traceability records and compliance paperwork accurately and in real time. Conducting factory audits, GMP audits and hygiene inspections across production areas. Identifying, reporting and escalating non-conformances and supporting corrective actions. Supporting investigations into customer complaints, incidents, non-conformances and quality concerns. Working closely with Production, Engineering and Technical teams to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.
