We are seeking a detail-oriented QA professional to ensure accuracy and consistency in daily operations by reviewing agents’ work, handling case disputes, and tracking performance. You will monitor quality trends, identify risks, and support continuous improvement through coaching and feedback. The role also involves participating in calibration sessions to align on standards and collaborating with Team Leads/OMs on operational support. Additionally, you will assist in reporting and documentation to maintain quality and process alignment. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, proactive, and passionate about driving operational excellence through quality assurance.
Job Responsibility:
Review daily samples of agents’ tasks to ensure quality and identify errors
Act as the arbitrator in the ROCK system to verify the correctness of disputed cases and ensure the final decision aligns with policy
Track agents’ accuracy on a daily basis and flag any risks or drops in performance
Join calibration sessions with BDQA to ensure consistent policy understanding across the team
Provide regular coaching and constructive feedback to help agents improve their quality
Prepare or update reports and documentation required for quality monitoring and operational alignment
Annotating data related to audio, captions, and photos in order to identify potential violations within a piece of content
Collaborating with the QA, and another team member to ensure the project going smoothly
Maintaining quality, productivity, and utilization rate as defined by the project
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Linguistics, Communication, or related disciplines)
Proficient in English
Prior experience in QA position in data labelling, content moderation, or annotation projects is an advantage
Attention to detail and Ability to follow complex guidelines
Quick to adapt to guideline changes
