Guardian Radiology Corporation is hiring a Quality Assurance Technologist to join our fast-growing, state-of-the-art outpatient imaging clinics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with all facilities and management
  • Learn all aspects of QA including internal reviews and audits, regulation compliance, and service and maintenance coordination
  • Provide assistance in oversight and development of Policy and Procedures
  • Monitor daily workflow of RIS/PACS systems to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Provide base level technical support of medical equipment and clinical systems for staff
  • Involvement with service during equipment assembly/installation/repairs/maintenance and calibrations

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a recognized Canadian diagnostic imaging program
  • Current registration and membership with CAMRT and/or Sonography Canada or equivalent
  • Experience in the field of Quality Assurance is an asset
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical end-users
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Strong patient care skills
