DCS is searching for a performance driven Quality Assurance Technician to support US Army programs. A focus on either Analytical, Financial, logistics, engineering, technical support and/or management of advanced networks for military vehicles and equipment. We are seeking individuals who are excited to take on meaningful challenges, contribute to innovative solutions, and help shape the future of a fast evolving mission space. This position will be supporting multiple locations.
Job Responsibility
Serve as a technical liaison between quality control and other departments
Coordinate testing with Test Engineers
Perform visual inspections of finished products
Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems
Supply quality control data necessary for regulatory requirements
Participate in out-of-specification and failure investigations and recommend corrective actions
Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications, standard test methods, or protocols.
Requirements
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
AA/AS from an accredited college, or 2-year technical school and certification in area of expertise in engineering with 5 years progressive experience in quality assurance/control within the DOD environment.
