Job Description

We are looking for a Complaints Investigator to join our Witney laboratory. You will act as a technical detective, analysing returned medical devices to identify root causes and ensure global patient safety. The Schedule: 4 nights on, 4 nights off (7 PM - 7 AM). The Pay: £17.19 per hour. The Role: Perform hands-on device testing, use Excel to track quality trends, and collaborate with global teams to improve product design. No Experience? No Problem: If you have strong IT skills and a logical brain, we provide the full technical training.

  • Experience in a lab or with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is a plus but not required

  • Reviews in-process batch documentation to ensure real-time compliance to product specifications, good documentation practices, company SOPs, and cGMPs
