We are looking for an experienced senior leader to provide strategic and operational leadership of Provider Quality Assurance across our adult social care market. This is a key role in ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care that supports independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes. You will lead and develop a high-performing QA team, provide assurance to senior leaders and work closely with commissioners, contracts, operational colleagues and health partners, including the Care Quality Commission, to drive improvement and manage risk. Working alongside Strategic Commissioners, you will help shape a sustainable and diverse local care market, using insight and performance data to influence quality, support innovation and ensure residents’ voices remain central to everything we do. This role is ideal for a confident, values-driven leader with strong experience in adult social care quality, regulation or commissioning, who can influence across systems and deliver real impact.
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Experienced senior leader
Provide strategic and operational leadership of Provider Quality Assurance across adult social care market
Confident, values-driven leader with strong experience in adult social care quality, regulation or commissioning
Can influence across systems and deliver real impact
Valid right to work in the UK
Satisfactory pre-employment checks
