Job Responsibility:
Overseeing Training & Competence for internal and external sellers, reviewers, and the servicing team
Conducting call assessments, leading effective feedback sessions, and providing comprehensive training
Staying updated on client's products, systems, and relevant supervision licences
Delivering constructive coaching and feedback to team members
Identifying trends and proactively addressing emerging issues for continuous improvement
Supporting training programmes on bulletins, frameworks, and individual development needs
Contributing to investigations and implementing process improvements post-review
Ensuring compliance with the Customers With Additional Needs framework
Collaborating with partners and leadership for the annual AR Review preparation
Managing GDPR breaches and Subject Access Requests with diligence
Acting as a role model, demonstrating integrity and building trust within the team
Fostering effective relationships across the organisation to enhance teamwork
Ensuring compliance with external legislation and internal policies
Taking on ad-hoc projects to enhance customer experience and support business strategy
Requirements:
Proven track record in Quality Assurance, Training & Compliance or Team Supervisor experience within a regulated business
Experience in delivering impactful feedback and coaching to individuals and groups
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail
Excellent organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
A proactive approach to identifying trends and addressing issues
A passion for training and a commitment to achieving excellent customer outcomes
Your own transport is required to attend training in Ashford initially and for very occasional holiday/cover in Dover and Ashford
