Job Description:

We are seeking, on behalf of our client located in Montréal, a Quality Assurance Specialist – Hardware who is passionate about continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality standards. You will join a well-established company specializing in the design and manufacturing of high-tech flight simulation equipment. This key role involves ensuring product compliance, conducting internal and supplier audits, managing non-conformities, and actively contributing to process optimization. If you are detail-oriented, autonomous, and have strong analytical skills, this opportunity is for you.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure product quality compliance throughout the manufacturing lifecycle
Plan and conduct internal and supplier audits
Manage non-conformities: analysis, disposition, and corrective actions
Participate in MRB (Material Review Board) meetings and technical follow-ups
Verify and validate manufacturing processes
Develop quality plans, inspection, and testing standards
Implement continuous improvement projects on the production floor
Analyze data to identify recurring issues
Promote a strong quality culture within the organization

Requirements:

DEC in mechanical, electrical, or related technical field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
Experience with quality audits (internal and supplier)
Understanding of industrial processes (machining, assembly, sheet metal, etc.)
Fluent in French (English is a strong asset)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Detail-oriented, structured, and solution-focused mindset
