Sales experience within the Timeshare industry
Possess and maintain Notary credentials
Sales experience
Maintain Reasonable Percentage of closings (within 10% of the average number of closing per QA at same site/department)
Maintain low Net Cancellation rate (14% and below)
Customer service skills
Written and oral communication skills
Typing and basic computer skills

Job Responsibility

Provides Customer Service to Owners during the closings, as well as before and after the cancellation period of any purchase
Ensures that our newest Owner leaves with confidence in the purchase
Assists with contracts, processes and other functions in the office as needed or requested
Verifies all documents for accuracy
checks contracts for errors and omissions
Prepares all contract files for funding and scans files into Smart Search
Adheres to regulation and company policies/procedures concerning the Timeshare closing process
Handles misrepresentation concerns and client disputes and reports when necessary
reports escalated items to Upper Management as appropriate
Makes recommendations and assists on site Sales Management Team regarding corrective counseling, training, up to termination for misrepresentations

Must have experience in similar QAQC type roles for major high tech construction projects/semiconductor facilities
Must have journeyman level experience in the specific trade discipline (Electrical, Process, Mechanical, LSS, Architectural-Cleanroom)

Technically skilled to act as the interface between trades, the designers and the tool owners

Knowledge of microschedule for prefacilitation, understanding of sequence of construction activities and tool sequence

Job Responsibility

Responsible for Code compliance and constructability resource for Construction Management and Engineering Groups
Provide Discipline specific installation support (ie. EEW kits for Electrical, high purity analytical for Process, exhaust test and balance for Mechanical, cleanroom for architectural)
Inspect all materials received prior to installation or use to ensure fabrication specifications are met
Ensure that installations are performed in accordance with Master Specifications, Standard Installation Details, State and Local Codes UMC, UBC UPC and NFPA, SMACNA Standards, and International Codes, ASME, AWS
Interface with OM/PM/CC and Trades on matters affecting the project quality of work and system operation
Interface with Contractor supervision on functions and requirements for installations
Assist trades in identifying and solving construction problems
Perform all necessary inspections and equipment signoff requirements
Participate in SOP and perform SIPP and Pre-Task Plan audits for compliance to all requirements
Able to resolve technical construction questions and answer discipline specific RFIs
