Job Responsibility:

  • Lead site-based QA/QC programs, setting clear expectations for standards and performance
  • Engage with contractor leadership to promote positive HSEQ behaviors and address areas for improvement
  • Conduct audits and inspections of suppliers and contractors, including FATs and SATs
  • Support the roll-out of HSEQ initiatives, training, investigations, and performance assessments
  • Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement processes across projects
  • Maintain compliance with BMS/QMS requirements and lead corporate audits

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years in QA/QC leadership roles, with at least 3 years site-based experience
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (and ideally ISO 14001 & 45001) implementation and auditing
  • Expertise in electrical and mechanical QA/QC standards
  • Recognized Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 9001 minimum)
  • NEBOSH certification and CSCS Managers/Professionals card
  • Experience in energy infrastructure sectors (Power, Renewables, Battery Storage, Gas, Hydro, Hydrogen)
  • NEBOSH Environmental Management Certificate or equivalent
  • Proven ability to lead investigations and deliver training

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Confident communicator, able to engage at all levels and challenge issues constructively
  • Ability to develop inspection criteria and checklists
