The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer is responsible for ensuring that software products, business processes and automations meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance. The role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying, and resolving defects, implementing automation frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are error-free. The member will work closely with developers, designers, business analysts, and product SMEs to identify issues early in the development cycle and ensure smooth, high-quality releases. Job Responsibility:
Test Planning & Preparation: Review and understand project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Design and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts
Prepare and manage test data and environments
Test Execution: Perform manual testing (functional, regression, integration, smoke, and system testing)
Support automation testing efforts by learning and applying scripting tools (e.g., Selenium, Python, JMeter)
Validate user interfaces, APIs, databases, and workflows for accuracy and reliability
Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing
Perform mobile testing
Perform nonfunctional testing
Ensures the system is robust, secure, and reliable in real-world conditions
