G8 Education is expanding our Quality & Compliance team as part of our continued commitment to child safety, wellbeing, and service excellence across our national network of early learning centres. We’re seeking a Quality Assurance Partner to work closely with our Operations Teams to proactively embed the G8 integrated Quality and Risk Management System, strengthen compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), and support centres to achieve exceptional assessment and rating outcomes. This role is key to ensuring our teams deliver safe, high-quality early learning environments that meet and exceed regulatory expectations, while contributing to meaningful, sustainable outcomes for children, families, educators, and the wider G8 community. As a Quality Assurance Partner, you will play a critical governance, coaching, and quality uplift role. You’ll partner with regional and centre leaders to monitor compliance, conduct audits, guide continuous improvement, and embed best practice across all areas of the NQF and Quality & Risk Management systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building capability, leading quality uplift initiatives, and strengthening child safety and compliance across multiple services. This role is Fixed Term contract until 31st December 2026.
Job Responsibility:
Promote and proactively embed the National Quality Framework across regional operations
Contribute to the development of G8’s Quality Audit Program, including tools, templates, and frameworks supporting: Child Safety & Wellbeing, Work Health & Safety, Food Safety, Environmental Sustainability, Emergency Management, and Document & data control
Support regional forums and meetings to strengthen understanding of the NQF and quality assurance processes
Coach Regional, Area, and Centre Managers to build capability and ensure ongoing compliance and A&R readiness
Guide Centre Managers to monitor, document, and embed continuous improvement practices
Assist in developing learning resources, FAQs, and capability-building materials
Collaborate with Property on remediation and safety actions stemming from compliance breaches or urgent risks
Conduct audits and inspections using ISO19011:2011 audit principles, validating findings through documentation, interviews, and observations
Schedule and deliver audits in line with business priorities and anticipated A&R timelines
Report audit findings, compliance trends, and opportunities for policy and process improvement
Prepare accurate, evidence-based audit reports with clear recommendations and achievable timeframes
Maintain and report data across relevant audit categories
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and A&R process
Experience in multi-site compliance, governance, auditing, or operations in early childhood
A passion for child safety, quality practice, and coaching others
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence, guide, and build capability across diverse teams
High attention to detail, objectivity, and confidence in managing compliance and risk decisions
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites
Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement
