Job Description:

We are seeking Quality Assurance professionals at the APS5 & 6 level. Labour Hire | 6 - 12 Month Contract | Canberra, ACT | Baseline Clearance required

Job Responsibility:

Reviewing grant applications to verify eligibility, completeness, and alignment with program requirements
Performing quality assurance checks on grant assessment procedures and related documentation
Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, program frameworks, and internal policy standards
Detecting and escalating potential risks or discrepancies in the application assessment process
Contributing to ongoing enhancements in grant administration and assurance practices
Supporting audits and internal reviews by providing relevant documentation and analysis
Using data and reporting tools to track trends, identify systemic issues, and inform assurance activities

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated written and communication skills
Confidence to work in a fast-paced environment
Sound understanding of government grants
You hold a Baseline Clearance
Based in Canberra ACT
Baseline Clearance
Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check
