  • Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
  • Monitor and Supervise Medication services
  • Occasional delegation to non-licensed staff
  • Present educational in-service and initial trainings
  • Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team
  • Demonstrate your clinical excellence and personal compassion
  • Promote our positive image in the community as the leading home care provider

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure in Oregon
  • Excellent assessment and communication skills
  • Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
  • Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
