Job Description:

The role involves reviewing and evaluating QA activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring consistency and quality in QA outcomes. It requires collaboration with stakeholders globally and involves technological and procedural improvements across QA activities.

Job Responsibility:

Design, implement and execute monitoring processes and reviews
Introduce metrics on QA activities to ensure consistency and quality
Design and execute recurring alerts to measure progress of QA activities
Identify and report on gaps and initiate process improvement activities
Substantiate, follow up and escalate concerns on QA activities
Share best practices and communicate with QA teams
Drive quality and timely QA activities end-to-end
Design and execute recurring reporting on QA activities
Manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
Interact with stakeholders globally, including APAC/EMEA and NAM regions

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in risk and control, supervision, quality assurance/control and monitoring processes
Working knowledge of quality assurance and quality management processes
Proficiency in risk-based audit approaches and core audit concepts
Excellent command of the English language
Excellent visual presentation skills
Ability to influence stakeholders
Proven track record in developing procedures and metrics
Proven experience in automating processes
Technical skills in HTML/CSS, JavaScript/Node, Python, OLE automation, Excel templates, and Xceptor

Nice to have:

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet strict deadlines
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to share best practices and common pitfalls
