Job Description

The Central Testing function is primarily based out of Citi Service Centers in India. It is structured along three verticals: (1) M&T Execution, (2) M&T Automation, and (3) Strategy & Governance. The identified candidate for this role will be part of the M&T Execution, Control & Monitoring Design Assessment team. The Central Control Capabilities function is responsible for driving Monitoring & Testing (M&T) of key controls across the enterprise.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform Quality check on monitoring reviews defined per ARCM
  • Document quality fails, learnings or issues
  • Monitor compliance of control as per regulatory requirement
  • Provide inputs during Control & Monitoring Design Assessment
  • Assess timeliness, accuracy and completeness of MCA through controls
  • Coordinate adherence to MCA Standard through controls
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams
  • Complete quality check within timely manner
  • Assist in creation and maintenance of reports for control tracking and analysis
  • Identify risks across the business and organize cross-functional solutions
  • Challenge status quo of existing controls & identify enhancement opportunities

Requirements

  • Min 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to function independently
  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
  • Bachelor's/University degree
  • Good understanding of Risk & control framework and Risk Management concepts

  • University Degree in a relevant science (preferably BS Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology (or equivalent) education)
