Job Description

The Quality Assurance Lead in the Quality Assurance Department is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure that the company's products and services meet the highest standards. This role involves conducting audits, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. The Quality Assurance Lead plays a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

  • Maintain ISO 9001:2015 & other External Certification such as GDP (Good Distribution Practice)

  • Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure the quality of incoming materials
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new products and processes
  • Ensure quality considerations are incorporated from the beginning of projects
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management
  • Recommend improvements to existing processes and systems
  • Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management
  • Oversee the implementation of quality management systems
