In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing our wallcovering with precision, reporting to the Quality Assurance Inspector Team Lead and based at our Fairfield, NJ location with the working shift Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Job Responsibility:

  • Inspect returned products in accordance with Quality Assurance standards and guidelines
  • Accurately document return details in CRM and NAV systems under the direction of the QA Supervisor
  • Prepare defective merchandise and return‑to‑sender items for review and follow‑up action
  • Assist with inbound, outbound, and digital inspections to ensure quality compliance
  • Complete inspection forms, tracking documents, and QA records accurately and on time
  • Support internal Customer Experience inspection requests and escalate issues or findings as needed
  • Maintain organization of master samples, including binders and shelving
  • File and track new master samples provided by Product Development

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience within a warehouse setting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively and shift prioritize quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort with general computer use and digital systems

Nice to have:

  • Forklift experience
  • Familiarity with NAV, CRM systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or UPS WorldShip
