The Quality Assurance Executive in the Business Improvement and Efficiency department is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes to ensure that the company's products and services meet the highest standards. This role involves conducting audits, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. The Quality Assurance Executive plays a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality goals and objectives
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Develop corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues
Train and educate employees on quality control processes and procedures
Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure the quality of incoming materials
Participate in the development and implementation of new products and processes
Ensure quality considerations are incorporated from the beginning of projects
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management
Recommend improvements to existing processes and systems
Prepare and present reports on quality performance to management
Oversee the implementation of quality management systems
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Coordinate with external auditors during quality audits
Maintain documentation related to quality assurance activities
Promote a culture of quality throughout the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in quality management role, Preferably in Courier Companies or Food Safety/Production and Manufacturing
Proven experience with quality control principles, methodologies, and tools such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing
Experience in conducting audits and implementing quality assurance processes, preferably certified ISO 9001
