Job Responsibility:
Prevent defects from incorrectly assembled products on the production floor and avoid customer complaints
Handle individual complaints related to defective products possibly shipped to customers
Prepare 8D reports, meet deadlines, analyze processes when issues occur, and eliminate root causes
Organize meetings to resolve quality issues in cooperation with responsible departments
Moderate PLS / PMP failure analyses
Maintain contact with development and headquarters, improve systems
Identify, analyze, and document product defects and weaknesses
maintain change management documentation daily
Optimize production processes considering customer requirements to achieve goals
Coordinate with all customers and/or suppliers, handle and track supplier complaints and related actions
Participate in internal and external audits (product, process, and system audits)
Perform product audits
Manage daily in-house quality issues
Maintain daily contact with customers and suppliers, work closely with partners
Requirements:
Degree in engineering or quality management
1-3 years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment – automotive experience is an advantage
Knowledge of problem-solving methods (8D, 5Why, PDCA)
Independent and cooperative work style
Confident attitude, even in an international environment
Talent, strong communication skills, and teamwork
Willingness to travel
Excellent MS Office skills, SAP experience
Independent and proactive work style, strong organizational and communication skills
High precision, logical thinking, reliability, and flexibility
Valid category B driving license
Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written), German is an advantage
Knowledge of ISO 9001, audit experience
Familiarity with ISO TS 16959 / IATF 16949 automotive quality management systems
