Job Responsibility:

  • Prevent defects from incorrectly assembled products on the production floor and avoid customer complaints
  • Handle individual complaints related to defective products possibly shipped to customers
  • Prepare 8D reports, meet deadlines, analyze processes when issues occur, and eliminate root causes
  • Organize meetings to resolve quality issues in cooperation with responsible departments
  • Moderate PLS / PMP failure analyses
  • Maintain contact with development and headquarters, improve systems
  • Identify, analyze, and document product defects and weaknesses
  • maintain change management documentation daily
  • Optimize production processes considering customer requirements to achieve goals
  • Coordinate with all customers and/or suppliers, handle and track supplier complaints and related actions
  • Participate in internal and external audits (product, process, and system audits)
  • Perform product audits
  • Manage daily in-house quality issues
  • Maintain daily contact with customers and suppliers, work closely with partners

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering or quality management
  • 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment – automotive experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of problem-solving methods (8D, 5Why, PDCA)
  • Independent and cooperative work style
  • Confident attitude, even in an international environment
  • Talent, strong communication skills, and teamwork
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent MS Office skills, SAP experience
  • Independent and proactive work style, strong organizational and communication skills
  • High precision, logical thinking, reliability, and flexibility
  • Valid category B driving license
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written), German is an advantage
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, audit experience
  • Familiarity with ISO TS 16959 / IATF 16949 automotive quality management systems
