Job Description:

This QA position at CVS Health in our Caremark PSS business unit involves testing various applications under the Adjudication Group including Enterprise Drug File, Pharmacy Networks and Drug Utilization Review (DUR) Applications. The role ensures testing requirements are met before changes are put into production, impacting end users and the quality of service provided to customers.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in the full Information Technology project lifecycle with particular emphasis on Quality Assurance activities
Support the development of comprehensive test strategies, plans, reports, and environments for manual or automated testing
Understand complex software architecture, software design documents, software quality assurance complexity
Execute test cases and validate results
Manage defects found during testing by tracking in Rally and facilitating Defect Review Meetings
Provide Quality Assurance solutions that meet business objectives
Generate test reports that communicate Tests results, concerns, and project status
Develop modular, reusable, and maintainable automated tests

Requirements:

2+ Years relevant QA tools, processes and technology
2+ Years Test Management Tools Experience (i.e. UiPath or any other similar tool)
1+ year of experience leading multiple projects
2 Year Mainframe Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Healthcare industry experience with PBM background
Experience using complex SQL queries
Experience with Mainframe
Experience with UiPath
Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment while being highly self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business language
