Several years of related experience in an aircraft service facility
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Aviation Management or equivalent experience
Computer skills necessary to learn and/or operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and web-based applications
Hold either a Part 66 License, Diploma or recognised aviation qualification/s

Job Responsibility

Actively support and participate in the company core values and policies
Identify and administer corrective actions for deficiencies through advising, educating and mentoring
Administer and monitor company training program to ensure regulatory compliances
Ensure accurate document management and monitor trends for aircraft maintenance work records
Assist to investigate occurrences and report into QIR & IOR system

Requirements

BS in an Engineering discipline, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering are preferred
10+ years of experience (or equivalent) in a Quality Engineering role with demonstrated success in problem solving, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, and implanting effective solutions
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer is highly desirable
