The aim of the project is to create a modernized library website from scratch and meet the needs of both library staff and patrons. This brand-new platform will revolutionize the way users find and access relevant content, resources, and services, supporting their education, research, and teaching endeavors. The key focus of the project is to implement advanced search functionalities, including semantic search, to enhance the discoverability and accessibility of library materials.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create a modernized library website from scratch and meet the needs of both library staff and patrons
  • Implement advanced search functionalities, including semantic search, to enhance the discoverability and accessibility of library materials

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance and manual web application testing
  • Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have very good English (at least B2)
  • Have really high attention to detail and precision
  • Be very organized
  • ISTQB knowledge

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of JIRA
  • Knowledge of Agile, Scrum
  • Basic knowledge of version control systems
  • Willingness to constantly develop skills
