Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in both manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of testing methodologies and a passion for delivering high-quality software through rigorous testing processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to test planning and strategy development
  • Create and execute test cases based on project requirements
  • Conduct various types of testing, including unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing
  • Report and track defects, ensuring proper documentation
  • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in the setup and maintenance of test environments

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in software testing
  • Knowledge of software testing methodologies (manual and automation)
  • Familiarity with test management tools and bug tracking systems Example: GUI Testing Tools, Figma, Test Complete, Selenium, Postman, Swagger, JMeter, Google Page speed
  • Basic understanding of CSS & HTML
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Must have experience in Ecommerce - Shopify preferred

Nice to have:

  • Experience with automated testing tools
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Ecommerce domain knowledge
  • Shopify Knowledge

  • Website Merchandising: Own website merchandising strategy that marries optimal user flow with product revenue targets, continually optimizing the merchandising strategy to maximize user value.
  • Seamless User Experience Management: Execute and contribute to defining the vision for a seamless user experience that drives conversion and brand love.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics (CR%, AOV, website revenue, revenue per user, time on site, site speed) for each international store, analyze data, and generate reports to track the success of e-commerce initiatives in a headless architecture across multiple markets.
