We're seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual) to ensure the reliability, correctness, and usability of our agentic automation platform. You’ll play a critical role in validating complex workflows and decision-heavy processes, working closely with product and engineering teams to identify issues early and ensure high-quality releases. This role focuses on manual testing, exploratory testing, and strong collaboration across teams to maintain enterprise-grade quality standards as we scale with enterprise clients.
Job Responsibility:
Design, document, and execute detailed manual test cases based on product requirements and user stories
Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases, usability issues, and unexpected system behavior
Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains stable as new features are released
Validate end-to-end workflows across web applications and backend services
Log, prioritize, and track defects using Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
Clearly communicate bugs with reproducible steps, expected vs actual results, and supporting evidence
Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues efficiently
Participate actively in agile ceremonies, contributing a quality-focused perspective
Expertise in API testing (RESTful, GraphQL, gRPC) and message broker validation (Apache Kafka)
Use tools such as Postman to perform manual API testing and verify responses
Ensure consistent behavior between frontend and backend systems
Requirements:
Strong demonstrable experience in manual Quality Assurance or software testing roles
Strong hands-on experience testing web-based applications and complex workflows within a Studio-style product
Strong experience writing clear, structured, and maintainable test cases and test plans
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and QA best practices
Hands-on experience with exploratory testing and edge-case analysis
Experience using bug tracking and test management tools (Jira or similar)
Basic understanding of APIs and experience testing them using tools like Postman
Experience validating end-to-end user journeys across a Studio application
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for identifying, reproducing, and clearly documenting issues
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment
