Quality Assurance Engineer for Engineering

• Preparation and participation of Design Review and ensure process adherence
• Preparation and Participation of Functional Analysis
• Develop Quality document such as the Quality Assurance Plan
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives in order to improve efficiency
• Collaborate and interact with various departments and organizations, in particular with Helicopter Programs, Chief Engineer, Procurement and certification teams
• Ensure robustness in the development for existing and next generation of Programs
• Follow the development of civil and military helicopters and systems with stakeholders, bringing communication between different departments and external authorities

• Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role
• Good project management and experience in design reviews
• Good knowledge in system development processes (V model, functional analysis)
• Knowledge of configuration management principle
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills and ability to work in international context with strong networking skills
• Studies: Engineering degree
• English: Negotiation level

Knowledge about Lean management is a plus
