A big industry name is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Consultant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within their commercial insurance processes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct comprehensive quality reviews of commercial new business, renewal, and mid-term adjustment cases
  • Analyse case handler records to identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Perform reviews and regulatory assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and FCA requirements
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on quality and risk performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance team performance and maintain compliance with industry standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conducting quality reviews within the commercial insurance or commercial broking sector
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial insurance products and processes
  • Strong understanding of FCA frameworks, customer conduct, and consumer duty
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and provide insightful reporting
