Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that Finnebrogue continue to meet all quality and technical standards set nationally and by our partners
  • ensure all products meet standards
  • ensure production tasks are carried out to specification/SOPs
  • collect samples of all production runs
  • ensure correct operation of metal detectors, check weight and Olympus systems
  • conduct audits
  • highlight any issues during shift
