Working as part of a team and reporting to the Technical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that Finnebrogue continue to meet all quality and technical standards set nationally and by our partners. As a part of the technical team, you will ensure all products meet standards, ensure production tasks are carried out to specification/SOPs, collect samples of all production runs, ensure correct operation of metal detectors, check weight and Olympus systems, conduct audits and highlight any issues during shift. Full training on internal quality processes will be provided to the successful candidate.

Requirements:
Strong communication skills for the completion of checks and challenging any food quality risks
integrity and accountability as this role includes teamwork, however some of the duties are managed individually
recently graduate or are on track to graduate with a food related degree
experience is not essential for this role
