Job Purpose: Working as part of a team and reporting to the Technical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that Finnebrogue continue to meet all quality and technical standards set nationally and by our partners. As a part of the technical team, you will ensure all products meet standards, ensure production tasks are carried out to specification/SOPs, collect samples of all production runs, ensure correct operation of metal detectors, check weight and Olympus systems, conduct audits and highlight any issues during shift. As well as welcoming applications from candidates with quality or technical experience, we would also like to encourage applications from candidates who have recently graduate or are on track to graduate with a food relate degree. Full training on internal quality processes is provided to the successful candidate.
