The school provides a safe, nurturing environment for students to grow academically, emotionally, and socially, ensuring they have the tools to achieve their full potential. The position can be either on a temporary or fixed term contract.
Job Responsibility
Build trusting relationships with students to understand and address their emotional, social, and developmental needs
Identifying areas that need improvement, making plans and implementing them
Provide individual and group support, focusing on resilience and life skills
Collaborate with teaching and residential staff to create a holistic approach to student care
Conduct assessments and develop tailored care plans
Act as a key liaison between the school, families, and external services
Monitor and evaluate progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory guidelines
Advocate for children's needs, ensuring their voices are heard in decisions affecting them
Contribute to safeguarding practices and ensure adherence to child protection policies
Requirements
