Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will focus on manual testing for web applications, ensuring the highest quality across various digital projects. This position requires collaboration with developers and participation in team scrums to maintain project momentum and deliver reliable solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct detailed manual testing of web applications, ensuring alignment with UI designs and written specifications
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Atlassian Jira, ensuring timely resolution
Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to address issues and refine application performance
Execute integration testing to verify seamless interactions between system components
Participate in Agile Scrum meetings to share updates and align testing efforts with project goals
Perform audits on test cases and results to maintain consistency and accuracy
Utilize Jenkins for automation support and monitoring during testing phases
Engage in AB testing to compare multiple versions of applications and gather insights
Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance customer-facing solutions, including call center applications

Requirements:

Proven experience in manual testing for web applications, with a strong attention to detail
Proficiency in bug tracking tools such as Atlassian Jira
Familiarity with integration testing processes and tools
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and participation in scrum meetings
Experience with Jenkins for automation and testing support
Ability to conduct AB testing and analyze results effectively
Strong documentation skills for tracking and reporting bugs and test outcomes
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
