Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized, self-motivated QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-driven, and possess a problem-solving mindset with at least two (2) years of QA engineering experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Actively participate in identifying and implementing solutions for common errors
  • Review all work completed prior to client delivery
  • Collaborate with the manager to create effective standard operating procedures and training materials to support SEO efforts
  • Work within HD’s quality control checker
  • Gather and monitor performance metrics for quality control measures
  • Contribute to training efforts and assist in developing relevant content
  • Create and utilize detailed QA Checklists and provide detailed feedback
  • Create and run reports on quality metrics
  • Analyze bugs and errors found during system tests including the HD QA system check
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements

Requirements:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in a professional quality control environment or comparable experience
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Strong editorial judgment and confidence to consult on issues
  • Experience with content management systems
  • WordPress is a plus
  • Familiarity with QA Automation tools and testing platforms, such as Selenium, is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize issues across multiple projects
  • Proficiency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

  • Experience with content management systems
  • WordPress is a plus
  • Familiarity with QA Automation tools and testing platforms, such as Selenium, is a plus
