As the Quality Assurance Advisor, you will become part of the Health and Safety team and be responsible for the company’s quality assurance management as well as their processes and systems. Reporting to the HSQE Manager, this role will require you to complete internal audits and inspections of all HSQE systems and assist the Health and Safety team whilst doing so. You will also be responsible for the development of documented instructions in order to improve current delivery processes and reduce any errors. You will travel to sites to ensure that all work is carried out within the company’s health and safety guidelines as well as ensuring that it is completed with the ISO 90001 certification in mind.
Job Responsibility:
Developing documented control processes to keep in line with the company’s specifications and improve any existing systems to reduce errors
Assist in developing training plans for the company to improve training requirements across all sectors of the business
Assist the HSQE team across audits and inspections to ensure that all targets and KPIs are achieved
Assist with internal and external audits as well as administrative support when required within the HSEQ department
Requirements:
Six Sigma (Green belt preferred) or equivalent NVQ level
Audit experience
Experience in the construction or utilities industry: electrical/gas/water/civil
