Job Description

As a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance/AMSP Intern, one will work closely with our quality assurance and manufacturing professionals to support our team with administrative, compliance, and operational tasks. This role is an on-site position, ideal for someone who is comfortable with computers, data, analytics, and communicating with team members with excellent attention to detail.

Job Responsibility

  • Collecting and organizing data from multiple X-Bow systems
  • Analyzing data for trends, primarily in the AMSP system
  • Creating visuals and dashboards that present data in quick and easily digestible formats
  • Help drive data-driven decision making across the site
  • Will touch multiple areas of the business (Supply chain, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Operations)
  • Update Systems and Databases

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, documenting processes, and presenting findings
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, form conclusions, and make recommendations for corrective action
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to find, understand, and organize data
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure compliance
  • Experience data mining using Tableau, Excel, or similar software and creating graphic displays
  • Currently pursuing a degree in a STEM field

  • He/she coordinates with other disciplines to ensure the review and the clarification of all bids (he runs contractual, commercial and schedule analysis and he liaises and coordinates with other disciplines for on-time review and clarification of technical, quality and HSE sections)
  • He/she is responsible and accountable to finalise the bid summary and make the recommendation to the Project SCM Manager and to the Project Manager
  • He/she performs commercial negotiation and ensure the best deal for Subsea 7
