We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Associate to join our team on a contract basis in the vibrant city of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Job Responsibility:

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems within the healthcare industry
  • Assist in the development, review, and execution of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
  • Ensure adherence to GMP/GDP (Good Manufacturing Practices/Good Distribution Practices) guidelines
  • Manage documentation control processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct thorough record reviews to verify compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in quality audits and inspections as required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues

Requirements:

  • Master of Science (MS) or Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Science
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a quality role, preferably within the healthcare sector
  • Proficiency in CAPA management
  • Solid understanding of GMP/GDP principles
  • Experience with documentation control and record review processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
