Job Description:

We are looking for a student to work approximately 10 hours per week as a Quality Assistant in our Quality team. This will be a temporary part time contract role for 12 months with the possibility of extension. As the successful candidate you will ensure that the product customer complaints for the commercial operating unit are handled in a timely and accurate manner. Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that product customer complaints are timely handled and recorded
  • Support an effective complaints management process ensuring the assessment of potential issues are determined as quickly as possible and linked to the Human Safety Information (HSI) reporting process and local product incident process if/as appropriate
  • Report and follow up on product complaints with customers and manufacturing sites
  • Timely review and upload of Certificates of Compliance to Farmalogg to ensure that GSK’s customers have the certificates available at product receipt
  • Timely review, upload and verification in VQD of temperature printouts from the distribution of pharmaceutical products from Multi Market Warehouse, Poznan to Norwegian wholesalers
  • Timely providing essential batch documentation to the Norwegian Medical Products Agency (NOMA) to ensure administrative release of vaccine batches prior to distribution to the Norwegian market
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as supervised by the Quality LOC Norway Responsible Person, Manager

Requirements:

  • Student at University in Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Fluent in Norwegian and strong written and conversational English
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong planning and organisational skills to meet relevant goals
  • Ability to be resilient and focused under pressure
  • Ability to commit to 10 hours per week (with flexibility), including spending 50% of your contracted hours on-site at the GSK office at Lysaker

Nice to have:

Previous experience working in a Pharmacy would be an advantage
