You will be the link between strategy and operations, driving initiatives that protect our teams, customers and environment. Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating the implementation of QSSE policies, procedures and standards at all stations
  • Leading audits and strategic programmes, ensuring the completion of corrective actions
  • Promoting a strong culture of safety, quality, environmental & corporate social responsibility
  • Managing QSSE data systems and producing reports that drive continuous improvement
  • Maintaining up-to-date operational documentation aligned with QSSE requirements
  • Coordinating Certifications and regulatory compliance audits at the station
  • Supplier and Subcontracting follow-up and monitoring activities and process implementation
  • Monitoring Aena quality results and follow-up in the Arcadia system
  • Providing technical and compliance support

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of QSSE principles and applicable regulations
  • Experience in safety management systems and data analysis
  • Exceptional communication, coordination and leadership skills
  • University degree (preferably a master's degree)
  • Fluent Spanish and high level of English
  • Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with QPulse and ERP
  • Experience in the aviation sector and knowledge of airport and airline processes
  • Fluency in English
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Focus on excellence
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in operations or ramp services
