Job Description:

The role involves reducing execution risks and proposing remediation plans within the CIO Office at Inetum. Responsibilities include performing quality reviews, supporting IT teams in adopting frameworks, addressing risks, and managing JIRA and Confluence tools.

Job Responsibility:

Performance of quality reviews for projects and applications portfolio
Support for IT Teams in applying the reference framework
Identify plans to remedy risks
Develop IT process reference framework using continuous improvement
Contribute to scalability of the reference framework
Operate as a referent for JIRA and Confluence tools
Realization of Applications Portfolio Quality Assurance Reviews
Realization of Project Quality Assurance Reviews
Operational referent for JIRA and Confluence tools

Requirements:

At least three years of experience in an asset IT team
Microsoft Office suite proficiency
Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence tools
Computer skills
Knowledge of project management (V cycle / Scrum methodologies)
Knowledge of the agile environment and mindset
Rigor

Analytical skills
Organizational capacity

Fluent in French
