Assist NERS Assessing Officer and Authorising officers with decision making on competence of staff
Undertake NERS Technical audits on Sub-contractors across the business on all contracts to assist maintaining compliance
Oversee on-site training of New Jointers and Jointers mates
First point of contact for onsite Technical Advice
Ensuring personnel meet NERS competency requirements through training, mentoring, and documented authorisations
