Job Description:

The Quality and Compliance Manager (Funded Learning) will have overall operational responsibility for the delivery, quality and compliance of apprenticeship programmes across the Group including focal point responsibility for all Ofsted requirements. This role includes the implementation, monitoring and support for the delivery of Apprenticeships, Traineeships, Bootcamps and other funded learning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work with planning departments to be responsible for the operational delivery of the funded learning programs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant funded learning rules.
  • Develop, implement and maintain and effective funded leaning process.
  • Contribute to general quality and funded related reporting
  • Plans, Oversees and supports the completion of all the funded provisions reporting such as learner projections, enrolment, retention, leavers and completion and progress tracking of all learners using OneFile.
  • Ensure effective communication between all internal and external stakeholders
  • Safeguarding DSL
  • Work with the Group Quality department and Commercial IQA team to ensure compliance with all process and procedures.
  • Responsible for all externally funded related due diligence and support group QA department with QA process for funded programs
  • Support the growth of apprenticeships and skills through overseeing and supporting new initiatives around apprenticeships and funded learning.
  • Lead the Ofsted response team
  • Oversee OneFile management for all apprenticeships and other qualifications
  • Support trainers and assessors to satisfy audit requirements (including OneFile set ups)

  • IQA Qualification
  • Understanding of OneFile
  • An understanding of funding performance rules and processes
  • Experience in the Energy sector
  • Ability to manage work in multiple locations
