Job Responsibility

  • Review and update documentation for the System, working with internal departments to maintain compliance with ISO requirements and industry standards
  • Facilitate the customer complaints process in line with company policy and ISO standards, handling queries, escalating issues as needed, and generating reports for senior leadership
  • Support safety reporting and investigations, managing queries and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
  • Champion the Integrated Management System, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Provide necessary certifications and documentation to internal teams
  • Help onboard new starters, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and access to compliance systems

Requirements

  • A full UK manual driving licence as you will need to travel to another site once a month
  • A proactive, enthusiastic mindset
  • A sense of humour
  • Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and knowledge of ISO 9000
  • A solid understanding of the construction, engineering, service or equivalent sectors
