Job Description:

You will join our team as a key part of a busy and growing team, you will provide effective administrative support to staff and management as well as supporting in the co-ordination of quality improvement processes to ensure every student has an experience that will ignite their passion in STEM subjects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Head of Learning and Teaching and Learning Manager in the coordination of the department’s quality improvement systems and processes
  • Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative services
  • Maintain diaries
  • make appointments
  • Maintain a reminder system
  • Maintain a presence within the STEM reception area following a duty rota
  • Co-ordinate and analyse all available STEM student data and report on areas where there is an achievement gap & attendance issues
  • Produce and audit reports required by the STEM Management Team for meetings with staff and Senior managers

Requirements:

  • Educated to at least A-Level/NVQ 3 standard or equivalent experience
  • Analysing and reporting on statistical information
  • Co-ordination or supervision of systems, processes and people
  • Time management skills, organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Passionate about quality improvement and to changing lives through learning
