Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. Disability, Social Work or interdisciplinary field of practice such as Psychology, Allied Health, Human Services, or Early Childhood)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in NDIS and/or Family and Mental Health sector and quality management experience
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skills in documentation, reporting and quality systems
  • The ability to influence, collaborate and build trust across diverse stakeholders
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach to complex compliance matters
