Job Responsibility:
Responsible for document control administration and maintaining quality records in accordance with the Quality Management System requirements
Preparation of any Certificate of Analysis as required
Maintain the quality departmental filing system
Collection of quality data
Conduct Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) reviews for final product release
Preparing quality meeting agenda’s and producing meeting minutes
Maintain the quality department training matrix
Raise Purchase Orders related to quality activities
Responsible for booking development or training courses required for the Quality department
Maintain a cleanroom presence and responsible for ensuring current revisions of quality documents are available in the cleanroom
Support with any quality and/or regulatory audits
Support and assist with departmental and company improvement projects
Requirements:
Level 4 certificate or equivalent in a scientific discipline (or 1 + year quality / manufacturing role)
Demonstrated aptitude for managing multiple administration tasks simultaneously
Working knowledge of basic quality principles
Organisational skills and an ability to work to tight timelines
Exceptional team skills
Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills when liaising within the company
Nice to have:
Any QA / manufacturing related training
1-year previous quality experience (preferably in the same or similar industry e.g. food / pharmaceutical)
Working knowledge of Quality Management System standards
Understanding of quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
